Bbq in the country...

Our friends, Robyn and Gino, invited us to a bbq at their house in the country. They are restoring an 1800's farm house in an incredibly beautiful country side. Their immediate neighbors on either side are cows and they own sheep as well. It was a very memorable evening with live accordion music, awesome food (Gino bbq'd awesome meat and the neighbors brought all of the side dishes and desserts), and a bon fire in the pasture to top the evening off.

First arrived in "the country"

kids mooing at the cows

The cows lined up at the fence when we started bbqing, made eating the steak a little uncomfortable:(

Friends, neighbors, family (Robyn's sister was visiting from the states)...

Awesome surprise musical guest

Diana, Emilio, and Bronwen dancing

  1. What a great day you had. Loved the cows all lined up while you were eating. Almost like eating pastry in front of the kids and they can only watch. I know you all had a good time
    Love all of you,

  2. What a great time you all had. Bonfires run in the family!! Wonder if the cows are the ones who advertise for Chickfillet: "Eat more chicken!" You guys never let the grass grow under your feet! Wonderful! Love you all so much. Give my love to Diana and all.
